Denny Grimes, president Denny Grimes & Company Inc., is entering his 26th year serving residential real estate clients in Lee County. He acts as a real estate instructor across the country and is recognized as one of the top agents in the nation. Denny holds an MBA in marketing from the University of South Florida and has earned many prestigious awards for marketing his business. He also has earned the ABR, CSP, CRS, and GRI real estate designations. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of residential resale property and corporate relocation services, Denny Grimes & Company now serves builders and developers with Sales Source - an infill marketing, staffing, and consultation division for new home sales. Denny currently speaks nationally and writes on residential real estate market trends for several publications.

Posted by mpollyMichael grew up in Kentucky and worked in the information technology field prior to moving to Fort Myers in 1999. His family had vacationed here for 10 years and just adored this area. An avid golfer, boater and fisherman, he spends time with his 18 year old son at many of his secret fishing spots. His 20 year old daughter and his wife of 25 years, Jamie, enjoy the day trips and a quick stop for lunch. Michael has worked as an Industrial Engineer and founded an Internet company. Because of this he has an extensive background in logistics and technology.
Michael worked for 15 years with UPS in a variety of roles. His training and management of projects helped him build his own business. This drive did not stop when he retired from UPS at an early age and did not stop when he sold his Internet company. www.mis.net
Michael has earned the ePRO, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and is a licensed USCG Captain. Michael became the first Realtor in SW Florida and the 11th in the state to earn his Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). A designation that encompasses both actual performance and education. The first awarded in SW Florida. Michael also holds his (CPV) Certified Property Valuator designation.
This drive has helped him as Vice President of Denny Grimes and Company to help build a first class team of service oriented agents and staff. Michael also heads up the research department for analytical research of the real estate market for southwest Florida. Michael and his wife Jamie work actively with people looking for homes for sale or who need to sell.
