Will Fort Myers recover from the housing crisis?

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Earlier this week a Real Estate expert said on National TV that Fort Myers was one of 3 cities that will have a hard time recovering from the current housing downturn.

Barbara Corcoran based this on 8 criteria including job growth potential, growing population, good weather, first time buyers, cities that do not have overbuilding, cities that have vital downtowns, cities with well-educated populations, and cities with a large number of foreclosures early.
